System of quality and environment protection

The actions are guaranteed by the Quality Managing System according to PN-ISO 9001, which is working and improving.

Chemical plant ORGANIKA S.A. obtained the Certificate of Quality Managing System in 1998 and ORGANIKA-CAR S.A. in 1999.

The Quality, according to binding Quality Policy, is gained by:

• constant development of the implemented Quality Managing System,

• meeting our Clients needs thanks to thorough market research,

• improving the qualifications of our staff thanks to regular trainings,

• motivation of our staff to achieve the goals selected by the board,

• manufacturing of goods that meet the assumed demands, including the demands required by legal regulations,

• investing in work positions,

• cooperation with suppliers who meet our quality demands.

Dynamic development of companies, investing in modern technologies and innovative processes are all indirect effects of those actions. Thanks to their high quality, more and more consumers, both domestic and foreign choose our products. Issues connected with environment protection as well as with safety and hygiene at work are of fundamental importance and are treated priority while implementing new or modified technologies. The board of directors is aware of the influence of chemical industry on the environment, therefore its goal is constant decreasing of this potential, unfavourable influence.

Following commitments were made by Chemical Plant ORGANIKA S.A. and ORGANIKA-CAR S.A. in order to realize this aim:

• to implement and to realize all of the legal, domestic and EU requirements connected with environment protection,

• to decrease the emission of air pollutants,

• to minimize the amount of waste,

• to develop on the basis of environmentally friendly technologies,

• to modify the technology in order to limit its unfavourable influence on the environment,

• to ensure safety during transport of the products,

• to organize trainings for staff on all the organizational levels,

• to make contact with local community.

The proof that the company is interested in health and environment protection is the fact that since 1998, ORGANIKA participates in the international programme Responsible Care initiated by Canadian Association of Chemical Industry. This way ORGANIKA joined the team of producers who voluntarily agreed to meet the obligations of constant improvements in the spheres of safety and health and environment protection.

All the goals mentioned above, concerning both quality and environment protection are realized thanks to specialized managers and professional technical and production personnel.
