Production potential
We are equipped with automatic pouring lines designed for containers ranging from 0.025 to 5 l and manually operated pouring appliances designed for containers from 0.5 to 1 l. The products are also poured into barrels ranging from 30 to 200 l and 1000 l pallet containers.
Owing to production flexibility and efficient production personnel we are able to change the product in the pouring line during one shift.
Our production capacity allows to produce 500.000 l of fluids per 24 hours. The capacities in individual lines are as follows:
- Automatic line: 490.000 l / 24hours
- Manual line: 10.000 l / 24hours
- Aerosols: 48.000 of 0.2-0.4 l volumes / 24hours
Raw materials, packaging and ready-made products storage.
Both our companies have proper warehouses for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished articles and ready-made products. First of all there are:
- storage containers for raw materials, semi-finished articles and loose ready-made products, where they are stored in standardized conditions and under supervision
- raw materials, semi-finished articles and ready-made products warehouses, where unitary packed products are stored in standardized conditions
Altogether in our warehouses we can store up to:- 1000 tons of loose raw materials
- 3500 pallets of raw materials and ready-made products
